Terms and Conditions of Use for mibox8

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mibox8 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mibox8 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the mibox8 platform immediately. Continued use after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on mibox8 at any given time. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is a serious breach of these terms.

3.2 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Users are responsible for updating their account information should any changes occur. mibox8 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

3.3 Password Security

Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their mibox8 account password. Users are advised to choose a strong password and not share it with any other party. In the event of unauthorised access to the account, users must notify mibox8 immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Account balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

The mibox8 VIP programme consists of four (4) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty on the mibox8 platform. Cashback is calculated based on qualifying wagering activity during the relevant weekly period.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Every bonus offered by mibox8 is subject to its own specific terms and conditions. mibox8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Users who engage in bonus abuse or misuse of promotions may face permanent account suspension.

6. Game Rules

8. Account Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Initiative

Users have the right to close their mibox8 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be completed, otherwise the relevant bonus funds will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at mibox8's Initiative

mibox8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the event of:
